Velvet Scuba Check Granite Speckle Bright Print Blue

Scuba is a tactile double knit fabric with bidirectional stretch and due to its manufacture doesn't fray so seam finishing isn't strictly necessary. Often used for structural sportswear garments but equally useful in fashion garments.

This particular velvet finish quality is a digitally printed fashion scuba. The printed side has a smooth velvet like feel hence its name and the underside is a plain tan so no need for lining. It's medium weight with good drape, not so stiff to limit its uses but fluid enough for circle skirts and dresses. Stretch in both directions lends this fabric to pull on garments like pencil skirts and jackets too.

Bright denim blue base printed with an orange & buttermilk speckle finish ,  subtlety overprinted in a charcoal grey windowpane check. This chic and sophisticated yet subtle print is the perfect combination for autumn complexions.

We recommend that you launder your fabric before starting your sewing project to allow for shrinkage. Machine wash @ 30 degrees with mild detergent and dry flat.
