We aim to ship with 3 working days of receiving your order. In the unfortunate event that we do not have the item in stock, we will advise you when we expect to be able to fulfil your order.    

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class  for 2-3 day delivery (under 2kg) or DPD Next Day courier (over 5kg) for our shipping, as in our experience the service is quicker and more secure.  You can choose to upgrade to Next Day at checkout for smaller parcels if you wish.           

For all deliveries, we offer a tiered shipping rate, however we strive to minimise postage and packaging costs whenever possible and will refund P&P where appropriate.

Domestic:         

Small Packet (under 200g)         £2.70

2-3 day Delivery (upto 2kg)        £4.50

Next Day (2kg - 5kg)                  £9.95 ( UK Mainland only)

2-3 day Delivery (2-5Kg)            £10.50

 

Europe:               

European Large Letter (under 500g)               £10.00

European Parcel (upto 2kg)                  £15.00

Expected delivery time (5-10 working days)

 

International:  

International Large Letter (under 0.5kg)          £12.50

International Small Parcel (upto 1kg)              £25.00

International Medium Parcel (1-2kg)               £30.00

Delivery time can be between 7-20 working days depending on the destination and service used.

Please ask for a quote for heavy parcels to Europe and Rest of World as these vary greatly depending on service and weight.

 

Returns & Cancellation:

We aim to deliver goods which you will love. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please note that cut lengths of fabric, trims or haberdashery cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. Any agreed refund will be made within 30 days. Other items must be returned to us, in their original condition within 14 days. Please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

To return faulty or damaged goods, please ensure that you contact us by email at sales@lulou.co.uk prior to sending them back. In the event of goods being faulty, we will cover the costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. We advise sending goods back by a signed for service.
