Lady McElroy viscose challis lawns are soft fluid and have stunning drape, no doubt the perfect dressmaking fabric enabling you to produce comfortable and breathable garments that look and feel amazing. We would recommend using them for dresses, blouses and shirts, they also work very well for lingerie and as luxury linings for jackets and coats.
These viscose challis lawns are machine washable fabrics which wash well again and again and will look as good as the day they were made after frequent wear.
Field of Flowers is just perfect for the summer dress of your dreams! It is beautifully fine and soft to the touch with a riot of floral colour print on a warm ivory background. This fabric has fantastic drape and is perfect to go mad with frills and gathers galore! A warm ivory base with bright accent colours in cool pinks and purples with bright green and muted yellows, a complex bold print which would most suit bright complexions of winter and spring.

We recommend that you launder your fabric before starting your sewing project to allow for shrinkage. Machine wash @ 30 degrees with mild detergent and dry flat.
